Elemental Mage
Prerequisite: Wizard Class

You have masterd your chosen field of elemental mastery. Choose Acid, Cold, Fire, Lightning or Poison.

Elemental Mage Path Features
Elemental Mastery (level 11): Add INT modifier to diplomacy checks vs elemental creatures. Once per day you can regain one spell used with the keyword of your element. Make an INT check and the result is the type you can regain.
1-10: Encounter Utility
11-15: Encounter Attack
16-20: Daily Utility
21+: Daily Attack

Elemental Action (level 11): When you spend an action point to take an extra action, if you use that action to make an attack that hits, that attack adds ongoing 10 damage (Save ends) i.e. Fire Shroud damage is 1d8 + int mod fire damage and ongoing 5 fire (save ends) This ability adds 10 so that it is ongoing 15 fire(save ends)

Elemental Fury (level 16): When you fist become bloodied in an encounter you gain: Aura 10 Enemies within aura gains vulnerability of your element equal to your INT modifier until remaindier of the encounter.

Elemental Mage Spells
Elemental Chaos Attack 11
Encounter + Arcane, Conjuration, Implement, Elemental Type
Standard Action; Area
burst 3 within 20 squares
Target: Each creature in burst
Attack: Intelligence vs. Reflex
Hit: 4d6 + Int mod Elemental Type damage ongoing 5 element type (Save ends)
Effect: You conjure the forces of your element to rip your foes apart.

Elemental Backlash Utility 12
Daily + Arcane, Implement, Elemental Type
Immediate Interrupt; Personal

Trigger: Hit by an attack vs AC Defense
Effect: A small burst of energy hits the attacker. Enemy receives same damage as Elemental Type + INT modifer.

Elemental Destruction Attack 20
Daily + Arcane, Conjuration, Implement, Elemental Type
Standard Action; Close
burst 10
Target: Each enemy in burst
Attack: Intelligence vs. Fortitude
Hit: 6d6 + Int mod Elemental Type damage ongoing 10 element type and Stunned(Save ends both)
Miss: Half Damage, no ongoing, and targets are stunned till end of your next turn.

wow - these look just like ... prestige classes! /gasp

heh

however, they are easier to make - one of the things I like about 4E
